Kings Lynn Centre


King's Lynn is an historic medieval port dating back to the 12th century, situated on the River Great Ouse. King's Lynn has maintained its thriving commercial heart and relative prosperity. While the winding streets and alleys of the old town remain intact, Lynn also boasts an extensive, pedestrianised shopping area, with a lively combination of national retailers, specialist shops and family businesses. Lynn still has bustling markets held on the informatively named Tuesday and Saturday Market Places. The Corn Exchange - is a grade II Listed Building on the Tuesday Market Place, home to a multi-purpose venue for concert and community use.


Middleton Hall Golf Club - Middleton


Middleton Hall Golf Club is situated amongst beautiful unspoilt countryside in the heart of Norfolk with easy access via the A47 trunk road between King's Lynn and Swaffham. The setting, one of natural undulations, woodlands and mature specimen trees, offers a most attractive environment for the game of golf. The architecturally designed course provides a challenge for the competent golfer, whilst alternative options are available for the less skilled. These include a driving range with covered bays and extensive practice putting greens.


Peterborough United Football Club


Peterborough United Football Club Formed in 1934. On one side of the ground is the impressive looking South Stand. Opened in 1996 the 5,000 capacity stand replaced a former open terrace. The stand is two tiered, covered and all seated. There is also a row of executive boxes running across its middle. The other side, the Main Stand, is a two tiered covered stand that is all seated. Both ends are covered terracing that were given white roofs a couple of seasons back, in an effort to brighten up their appearance. However they both have a number of supporting pillars at the front of them, which could impede your view of the game.


Castle Rising Castle - Norfolk


Castle Rising is a ruined medieval fortification in the village of Castle Rising, Norfolk, England. It was built soon after 1138 by William d'Aubigny II, who had risen through the ranks of the Anglo-Norman nobility to become the Earl of Arundel.


Swaffham Raceway - Swaffham


Swaffham Raceway is situated on the A1122 Downham Market Road, just 300 yards from the roundabout junction with the A47, Kings Lynn to Norwich Road. The facilities at the stadium offers vast grassed banking for excellent viewing along with some covered stands, bar and catering facilities. This stadium offers 7 days a week practice for drivers. There is also a large car park. Racing takes place on alternate Saturday evenings, Bank Holidays and occasional Sundays. Please check the latest fixtures for race meeting dates and times.


Sandringham House


Sandringham House is the country retreat of HM The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, built by King Edward VII and passed down as a private home through three generations of monarchs. Family portraits, Porcelain, Jade and crystal Silver and silver gilt, Bronze and marble sculptures, Guns and oriental armour, Personal mementoes, An exhibition entitled 'Faithful Companions' is on display in the Ballroom.. Fascinating Museum in the old coach and stable block with diverse and unique displays of Royal life and estate history. There is wheelchair access throughout - helpers are admitted free. A small number of wheelchairs are available on loan on a 'first come, first served' basis.
